3.3 What checks does FoodsMas carry out before approving a Vendor?

Our Vendor approval process is designed to protect Buyers and create long-term relationships. Typical checks include:

  • Legal and tax status of the company

  • Production facilities: location, capacity, basic hygiene and safety practices

  • Quality and food safety systems in place

  • Review of certifications and audits when applicable

  • Reference checks from previous clients or partners (when available)

  • Fit with our product portfolio and target markets

In some cases, we may request samples, plant photos or a virtual visit to better understand your operations.
