Have questions? We have answers!

You can register online by completing the Buyer sign-up form with your company and contact details. Our team will review your information and confirm your account by email. Once verified, you can request quotes and access the Buyer Hub.

We work with certified producers, packers and exporters of exotic agri-foods who meet our quality and compliance requirements. To apply, complete the “Become a seller / Vendor application” form or contact our sourcing team. Vendor registration and product listing are handled directly by FoodsMas after verification – there is no public self-registration.

Log in as a Buyer, browse the catalogue and add the products you’re interested in to a quote request. Indicate destination, volumes, preferred Incoterm and any special requirements, then submit. Our team will coordinate with approved Vendors and send you a consolidated commercial proposal.

Response times vary depending on product, volume and complexity, but most standard RFQs are answered within a few working days. For urgent needs or complex programs, your FoodsMas contact will share an estimated timeline. We’ll keep you updated if additional information is required.

You confirm an order by accepting the commercial proposal in writing and/or signing the Proforma Invoice/Order Confirmation. To request a change or cancellation, contact your FoodsMas representative as soon as possible. Some orders cannot be cancelled once production or shipping has started.

Once your order is confirmed and booked, you will receive shipment details and tracking information. Key milestones (loaded, departed, arrived, delivered) are shared through your FoodsMas contact and documentation. For any doubts, you can always request an updated status.

We usually work with the most common Incoterms for food exports, such as FCA, FOB and CIF. The exact term depends on the product, route and agreement between Buyer and Vendor. Your FoodsMas team can help you choose the best option for your operation.

Most operations are paid by international bank transfer (wire/SWIFT) in USD or EUR. Payment terms are defined case by case and can range from pre-payment to agreed credit days for approved Buyers. All conditions are clearly stated in your Proforma Invoice and contracts.

FoodsMas charges commissions on successful transactions and may apply service fees for additional value-added services. Vendors and Buyers are informed of all applicable fees during onboarding or before confirming an order. We never add charges without prior written agreement.

Cargo Insurance protects your shipment against loss or damage during international transport, especially important for perishable goods. You can request insurance to be included as part of your quote and we’ll integrate it through our insurance partners. In case of an incident, we guide you through the claims process and required documentation.

Supply Chain Financing is a solution that allows producers, Vendors and sometimes Buyers to access working capital linked to confirmed export orders. Through financial partners, we can offer pre-shipment or post-shipment financing in eligible cases. Availability depends on your company profile, transaction structure and risk assessment.

The exact requirements depend on the product and destination country, but typically include commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificates and shipping documents. Many Buyers also require food safety certifications (e.g. GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRC, organic). Our team will confirm the specific documentation needed for your operation and help coordinate it with Vendors.
