We always try to collect the fruit with sufficient ripeness so that it has a flavor that can withstand transport to your destination but this is not mathematical since they are living products and evolve differently depending on temperature, humidity,... But we do guarantee that if you have a problem, we will solve it. Our goal is for you to be satisfied.
Are the specified weight and parts accurate?
The pieces are those that appear in the description although in some products, depending on the size of some pieces, they may vary slightly.
Regarding weight, we cannot guarantee the exact weight due to the variability of the pieces, although as these are products of homogeneous quality we try to keep the variation minimal.
What do I do if the product does not arrive on the promised date?
You can contact the transport company or send an email to shipments@foodsmas.com indicating the order number and we will respond within a maximum of 12 hours.
If the order arrives later than agreed, accept the delivery and if, when you open the box, you see a piece in poor condition: open an incident as in the previous section.

Which countries do you send orders to?
FoodsMas doesn't hold back when it comes to global reach. We proudly ship to nearly every corner of the world. Be aware, shipments to these regions might come with specific restrictions and meticulous customs procedures that you'll need to navigate.
We play by the rules, and you should too.
How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.

No. Purchases made by companies, individuals or legal entities residing in other countries and with deliveries in the North America and European Union will be exempt from paying VAT since they will be considered as an export. VAT will be added to whoever corresponds to it in the final process of the purchase.
