4.2 How does consolidation, cold chain and shipment tracking work?

Depending on your needs, FoodsMas can support:

• Single-supplier shipments – one Vendor per container or truck.

• Consolidated loads – multiple Vendors/products consolidated at a warehouse or cold store before export.

Cold chain & logistics:

• We work with specialized logistics partners experienced in fresh, frozen and ambient exotic products.

• Temperature requirements and handling instructions are defined in advance for each product type.

Tracking:

• Once the shipment is booked, you will receive tracking details (vessel, voyage, ETD/ETA, container number).

• Key milestones (loaded, departed, arrived at port, etc.) are updated and shared with you.

Any incident during transport is managed jointly between FoodsMas, the logistics provider and, if applicable, the Cargo Insurance partner.
