Frequently asked questions
How long does foodsmas need to prepare and ship my order?
The fact is crystal clear: the vast majority of fresh products must be harvested within a timeframe ranging from 24 to 48 hours. There's no room for delays!
As for the delivery timeframe, this is no joke. Depending on the chosen transportation company and the destination country, that's how long you'll have to wait. Don't expect miracles; the rules are clear, and you should be prepared for any contingencies. Freshness waits for no one!
Which countries do you send orders to?
FoodsMas doesn't hold back when it comes to global reach. We proudly ship to nearly every corner of the world. But let's get one thing straight: when it comes to the European Union and the United States of America, there are no shortcuts or compromises. Be aware, shipments to these regions might come with specific restrictions and meticulous customs procedures that you'll need to navigate. We play by the rules, and you should too.
What do shipping costs include for deliveries in theEuropean Union and the United States of America?
For deliveries in the European Union and the United States of America, customs expenses at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included. If applicable, the recipient will be responsible for them, in addition to taking charge of all exp nses. and import taxes that are generated at the customs office of destination, whether the goods are delivered there or not. We will try to send the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the destination country for the importation of the requested items, since FoodsMas has no responsibility for them. The effects produced by strikes, war conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control will not be attributable to FoodsMas.
How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.
