The more specific your RFQ, the more accurate and competitive your quote will be. We recommend including:

Product details: variety, format (fresh, IQF, puree, concentrate, dried), Brix level, pulp/seed ratio, etc.

Quality and certifications: organic / conventional, GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, etc.

Packaging: size (e.g. 10 kg bag in box, 25 kg polybag), primary and secondary packaging, palletization.

Volumes: number of pallets, tonnes or containers; one shipment or repeated orders.

Destination: final delivery address or port, plus any special requirements.

Incoterm and preferred shipment window.

Special conditions: private label, specific lab tests, documentation for a particular retailer, etc.
