We use clear order statuses to keep you informed:

Pending – Your RFQ or order is being reviewed; final details are under discussion.

Confirmed – You have accepted the proposal and commercial terms; production/packing and logistics can start.

Shipped – The goods have left the origin; you can access shipping documents and tracking details.

Delivered / Completed – The shipment has arrived at the destination as per Incoterm and all documents and payments are in order.
If there is any incident (delay, quality claim, documentation issue), your order may also show a “On hold” or “Under review” status while our team resolves it.
