Once your RFQ is processed, you will receive a commercial proposal that usually includes:
-
Product descriptions and specs
-
Unit price and total price per line
-
Incoterm and port/point
-
Estimated lead time and shipment window
-
Payment terms and any minimum order quantities
To proceed:
-
Review the proposal in detail and share it with your internal stakeholders if needed.
-
If you want to negotiate (price, volumes, formats, payment terms), reply directly through the platform or to your FoodsMas contact.
-
Once both parties agree, confirm in writing that you accept the offer.
-
FoodsMas will issue a Proforma Invoice / Order Confirmation, which becomes the base document for production and shipment.
No production or booking should start until the order is formally accepted.
