4.4 How do FoodsMas commissions and fees work?

FoodsMas generates revenue by charging commissions and service fees on successful operations and value-added services.

In general:

• Vendors do not pay to apply or be evaluated.

• Approved Vendors agree to a commercial commission on sales generated through FoodsMas.

• Buyers may pay specific service fees for additional services such as special sourcing projects, consolidation, or premium market intelligence.

All commissions and fees are:

• Clearly described in your Vendor or Buyer Agreement, and

• Never added without prior written confirmation.
