Cargo Insurance helps protect both Buyer and Vendor from losses or damage during transport.

Coverage typically includes:

• Loss or damage due to accidents during sea, air or land transportation

• Specific risks related to perishable goods, depending on the policy

How to add insurance:

• When you request a quote, indicate that you want Cargo Insurance included.

• We will integrate the cost and coverage into your commercial proposal.

If you need to file a claim:

1. Notify FoodsMas and the logistics provider as soon as you detect the issue.

2. Take detailed photos and videos, and keep all documentation (delivery notes, temperature records, etc.).

3. We will guide you on the forms and documents required by the insurance partner.

4. The insurance company will evaluate the case and communicate the resolution and any compensation.
