4.7 What traceability and documentation does FoodsMas provide?

For each shipment, we work to ensure that you have the documentation required by your destination market, such as:

  • Commercial invoices and packing lists

  • Certificates of origin and phytosanitary certificates

  • Health certificates and lab tests (when required)

  • Shipping documents (BL/AWB) and insurance certificates (if applicable)

We also maintain traceability by lot, capturing information about:

  • Origin farm(s) or suppliers

  • Production or packing dates

  • Batch numbers and internal references

This helps Buyers comply with retailer and regulatory requirements, and supports any necessary investigations or recalls.
